Whilst working for legal firm Denton Wilde Sapte in London, Alison advised Hitachi Europe (from ITT stage until financial close) on the 250 million pound deal to supply and maintain the Javelin trains for domestic services on the Channel Tunnel rail link, including the construction of a light maintenance depot at Ashford, and negotiating the suite of contractual documentation for the project.
