TrainGuard Project, Aurizon
Aurizon's TrainGuard Project involves implementation of ETCS L2 as an overlay to the existing safe system of work. The ETCS technology will control overspeed events and movement authorities for Aurizon fitted electric locomotives.

Northern Beaches Hospital PPP
In December 2014 the NSW State Government contracted Healthscope, one of Australia’s leading private healthcare operators, to deliver the Northern Beaches Hospital. The development is a ground breaking project for New South Wales as the state’s first healthcare operator led public-private partnership, and the state’s the first 4 Star Green Star hospital. The building project is a joint venture between Healthscope and major construction company CPB Contractors (formerly Thiess Pty Ltd)

Javelin Train Procurement
250 M pound sterling project for Hitachi to supply and maintain the Javelin fleet of trains on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, including construction of a light maintenance depot at Ashford.

Cranbourne - Packenham Rail Upgrade
This $2.5 bn project was designed to increase the capacity on Cranbourne and Pakenham lines by 30% with introduction of new high-capacity trains and modern signalling system, rebuilding stations along the corridor and removal of level crossings.

New Generation Rollingstock Project
The NGR project involves the design, construction, delivery and maintenance of the NGR fleet of trains into Queensland as well as the design and construction of the maintenance centre at Wulkuraka.
